Chapter: Chapter 3: Night of Love and Pain
CN: Knives
Liatris and Charon are fighting while also debating ideology. Realistically this doesn’t quite make sense, since it would clearly be wasting their breaths, but it’s a fun trope. And we now learn that Liatris has some responsibility for the events that are taking place this long night. And Charon, aspiring to be a hero, can’t forgive actions that lead to the death of innocent people. No matter how revolutionary the goals may be.

Interesting, I figured Listris wanted a revolution because of how terrible the government was for the people, but that would be a form of morality, wouldn’t it? So maybe she has an ulterior motive.
On another note, I wonder how Charon is evading Liatris’s wormholes
Yush, not gonna spoil but she has her reasons. Although she’s also someone who is good at rationalizing whatever she is doing, so who knows really.
As for avoiding the wormholes, catfolks do have the ability to sense disturbances in space, so Charon does have that advantage. It’s still a dangerous power, though.
